Taylor ice cream machine help

Hello. Having an issue and I don’t know what words to google. I have mint ice cream in my right side dispenser and chocolate in my left. Mint comes out fine. Chocolate comes out with the two uniformly blended to a grayish color. Chocolate up top looks great. How could it leak one way and not the other? Help!!!!!
