I have a partner at a restaurant, and my partner says that he is capable of doing more in the kitchen and that you will be preparing the all the appetizers and later on he says he will become the head chef, but I am not capable and don’t have much experience in the restaurant kitchen so are the payments for wages as a boss should it be the same amount for example if he gets 5000 I should get 5000 or how should it be Any opinions ?
