I own a very small yet posh sleek and modern sushi bar and highball lounge with the limited menu and Omakase options by reservation only we have survived year one as of Sept 1. we have maintained the highest rating among all Sushi restaurants in the county as well as probably the highest rated restaurants alone besides sushi. We have had a few Instagram influencers and social media campaigns BUT we have not done any advertising outside of partnering with MasterCard diners, club, Uber eats and using yelp as our online reservation service. Our business is so hot and cold. We want to be more consistent. What is the most cost-effective way to get people interested consistently in a dinner only evening only higher and sushi restaurant with a very limited menu ?
