Should I wait to take on PD as a new grad?
Post Body

Like the title suggests, I will be a new grad in about a month and hopefully licensed shortly thereafter. I have been speaking with many of the directors I have met during clinicals, and have already been offered one FT position. However, I am trying to maximize my income while I can deal with extra hours here and there. But would a PD position at another hospital, in a total different healthcare system, be something I should put off until I am more comfortable as a working RT? Does anyone have experience here working FT and PD right after being licensed? If so Iā€™d love to hear how it went!
