Ibuki is a young but talented ninja who first appeared in Street Fighter III. Abandoned in the forest, she was found by ninja of the Geki Clan, who decided to raise her as the perfect assassin, untainted by the outside world. One member of the clan disagreed, stealing her away and starting his own village, the Glade of Ninjas, which has been Ibuki’s home ever since.
Give her theme a listen while you’re here.
This thread takes feats from both the games and Udon comics, which makes it a composite. If you'd rather limit Ibuki to original canon feats only, stick to the bolded ones.
Moveset
Raida, or Thunder Strike. Ibuki grabs her opponent, charges her fist with ki energy, and detonates it at close range, sending them flying
Kasumi Gake, or Ride of the Mist. Ibuki dashes forwards. Typically used to get behind an opponent.
Tsuijigoe, or Beyond the Earth. Spinning jump that can lead into aerial attacks.
Kunai. Ibuki throws a kunai.
Kubi Ori, or Neck Breaker. Ibuki dashes forwards and breaks her opponents neck.
Kazekiri, or Wind Cutter. Jump kick.
Hien, or Flying Swallow. Jump kick with more range.
Tsumuji, or Whirl. Spinning heel kicks.
Kasumi Suzaku, or Mist Vermillion Bird. Ibuki throws a barrage of kunai from midair. In Pocket Fighter she also throws bombs and tanuki statues.
Yoroitoshi, or Armor Piercer. Essentially a super-charged Raida. If Ibuki fails to grab her opponent, she will instead fire off the gathered energy as a projectile.
Yami Shigure, or Darkness Autumn Rain. A trio of kunai, followed by a series of dash attacks.
Hashinsho, or Crushing Heart Piercer. Ibuki kicks her opponent into the air, before throwing a hail of kunai at them and slamming them into the ground.
Kachofugetsu, or Clear Cut. Ibuki kicks her opponent into the air, leaps up and knocks them back down with a ki-enhanced punch.
