How do I get a clear surface finish?

I’ve been printing with Siraya Blu & Sculpt. When they first come off the printer, they are glass clear. I’ll wash them in alcohol and still clear. I’ll dry them off with a paper towel and they turn cloudy. I can rewash with IPA and it gets clear again until I dry it. Last step is curing oven which doesn’t improve it.

How can I get rid of the cloudy finish? Can I lightly coat it with IPA after curing? Do I need to wet sand after curing? Is there something I should be doing before curing? Please help. I’m still new to resin.
