[Anycubic Photon Mono] Prints are deformed. Related to scaling down?

Post Body

Hey y'all,

I've been doing some prints with the Photon Mono I received last week, and it's been amazing since it's my first 3D printer. The spectacle of printing something from a vat of goo hasn't warn off yet.

However, I'm noticing an issue, and I'm not sure how to go about fixing it. Parts that are supposed to be precisely shaped do not print that way. Here are a couple images of what I mean. The glyph tiles are supposed to be rounded as to join to form a circle, but they're not; the dovetails that they printed with also do not match up. Additionally, the top part of the frame piece became warped, but this may just be because of insufficient support.

I'm hoping that these issues do not stem from the fact that I had to scale the models down by 50% in order to fit them inside my Mono's build volume. The original models from Thingiverse are much too large.

I'm using the normal Anycubic Grey resin. Here is a ZIP file with the .pwmo files that I used. They were generated in Chitubox, with the following print settings:

Layer Height: 0.05mm

Bottom Layer Count: 8

Exposure Time: 6s

Bottom Exposure Time: 50s

Bottom Lift Distance: 5mm

Lift Distance: 5mm

Bottom Lift Speed: 65mm/min

Lifting Speed: 65mm/min

Retract Speed: 150mm/min

Any advice and tips would really be appreciated!
