Printing failures, weird flat spots.

I'm using the anycubic photon mono 2, with standard anycubic resin and the anycubic wash and cure station.
Using lychee slicer to prep the files.
I'm afraid I'm still at the point where I'm not sure how to ask intelligent questions.
What are common causes for errors like mine?
