Can I have a printer?

I wanted to buy a resin printer, but I don't know if I have the right place to put it. I have a guest room that I don't use a lot, but I'm not able to make a lot of changes in the room, like adding ventilation. The room has a window, but I don't know how much ventilation is needed for this. I wanted to use the table where I have those models
