I just installed re rev2 on ps3 to play with my bro then thought about getting infinite rocket launcher after our first playthrough and need some help from u guys

2-How much is it hard?for example compare it with finishing re7 under 4 hours with 3 first aid meds and using item box 3 times at the same time
3-can i finish it on easiest difficulty?
