PS 5 upgrade

So I just got a PS5 and did the transfer from my PS4 to the PS5 as well as the PS5 upgrade for RE2R. But all my previous unlockables are locked again...Such as infinite rocket launcher and infinite minigun...It still shows my trophies...Did I do something wrong?
