Quick question about "Bunch of keys" Item in RE 4 Remake

During the Ashley segment in the castle, you come across an item named "Bunch of keys", after finishing the Ashley segment, will the item be placed into Leons inventory or do you have to collect all of the treasures while playing as Ashley?
