nexus flip with 2c-c/2c-d?

I have found a clearnet source for the 2c-x variants. last year I did the classic Molly with 2c-b and it was my best roll ever.
Will a nexus flip still be good with these other 2c's? 2c-b is impossible to find rn.
Also, got some 3mmc, can I flip with that as the serotonergic instead of Molly?
