Dream water to dissolve butyrfentanyl freebase.

Dream water is reverse osmosis water with melatonin, etc .I have the freebase of bf. This dreamwater lists citric acid as an ingredient. Do u guys think its enough to dissolve bf in?
Im afraid to use lemon juice or vinegar in case I wanna snort the solution. Any insight? What about propylene glycol?
