4-HO-MET/1P-LSD + 6-apb timing

Hi everyone, I'm trying to find some info about how to time my trips combining 6-apb with either 4-HO-MET or 1P-LSD, but no luck so far.
Obviously, I would like to recreate candyflipping and hippyflipping.
Could you give me some pointers? Thanks!
