doing 2-CMC the day after a 2-MMC + 4-HO-TMP binge

I was recently on a 2-MMC binge (ran through 2x 220mg pills and 1.5g crystals a few small 4-HO-TMP lines).
And forgot all about my 2-CMC, and Iām wondering how long should I wait before I can use this compound ?
