Bromazolam has gone from fun/functional to straight-up making me just sleepy

Is this a dosage thing? My pills are dosed at 2mg each and sometimes I take 1, sometimes up to 3. Same thing happens. I tried half a pill (1mg) today.
On a side note, what’s a good dosage equivalency of bromonordiazepam (desalkygidazepam) to, say, diazepam/valium itself? I have these two benzos and I have plenty of the latter. Is there any type of dosage of this benzo I could use for any type of recreational effects aka not just falling asleep but eliminating anxiety and aiding social situations? Thanks
