With the arrival of DMNPC on the market, I believe that the stimulant market might be shifting away from the phenethylamine structure due to bans and scrutiny. That being said, I wanted to ask: does anybody knows what these future stimulants could look like? I know of Dasotraline, which was being trialed for ADHD and has less serotonin reuptake than DMNPC at similarly stimulating doses. Is it possible we could see more stimulants based on SSRIs?
Also, some people here have expressed concerns over the intense SRI action of DMNPC, seeing as it could lead to stronger withdrawal effects and a higher possibility for serotonin syndrome. How valid are these concerns likely to be?
Sorry for the heavy questions, but I see exciting possibilities for the future of stimulant RCs which seemed to be stagnating a lot in the past few years.
