When does the 4F-MPH Tolerance reset ?

I started with a dose of max 30 mg 2 times per day but after 1-2 weeks I was taking about 150mg every day , and I looked around and the tolerance should reset after 2 weeks but I am not sure how true is that , 2 weeks have passed do you think I am back to baseline ? Anyone experience the tolerance ?
