I decided to write this as I was trying to read for myself what 5-Cl-DMT may be like. However, I could not find anything at all besides ātheorized to be inactive.ā So here I am. I just tried 20 mg of 5-Cl-DMT freebase sandwiched between some weed and am still coming off of it.
From what I read about 5-Br-DMT, I expected this one to be near inactive as well. Itās worth noting I have not tried 5-Br-DMT, so I canāt say whether or not itās inactive but from what Iāve read it is. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find that 5-Cl-DMT isnāt at all inactive, and in fact is quite active, contrary to the theory that is spread around the internet.
5-Cl-DMT is quite mild compared to the other DMT analogs Iāve tried, however the experience is extremely reminiscent of a regular DMT experience. Everything from the body sensations and sound distortion is there. I havenāt tried to break through yet, but Im sure it has potential to do that.
My experience goes as follows:
I take the first hit and am met with a very gentle but familiar tryptamine buzz. However, there is no anxiety this time. I take another hit and all the colors begin to turn gray if I stared long enough. There was a ringing in my left ear that persisted throughout the entire experience and would occasionally change pitch and tone, but with no rhyme or rhythm to it. Unlike DMT, in which everything feels correct and everything just falls into place, 5-Cl-DMT seems disoriented. There was no harmony in what I saw or heard.
From what I read about 5-Br-DMT, it should cause a sedating effect, and I found that to be true with 5-Cl-DMT as well. It wasnāt like I was falling asleep or anything, but it didnāt have that slight tryptamine stimulation you usually get. I believe this has potential to be a great chem. I will research it more and follow up.
