Bag of 3-mmc got wet inside, any way to dry it out so it's good for snorting again?

Edit: hot plate worked, doesn't seem damaged thankfully lol
Some moisture got inside a bag of 3mmc me and my friend want to use now. Is there anyway to dry it out so we can use it intranasal? Like a hot plate or microwave or something like with speed, would this damage the drug? Everything is still in the bag but it's kinda half melted because of the water inside. Want to try something but if nothing works will just take it orally i guess. Thanks guys
