So I recently obtained 250mg of 4-AcO-DMT from a Canadian vendor (CV) I’ve never used before, and decided to try it out last night with my brother. I dosed 37mg while I gave my brother 34mg (I have much experience with 4-AcO-DMT so this was a typical dose for me and I’ve given my brother a similar dose before).

We dosed and literally 10min later I started to feel the effects, which escalated pretty quickly into anxiety, OEVs and slight CEVs, a heavy body load, clamminess, and cold sweats by the 45min mark after ingestion. The anxiety went away fairly quickly but after it dissipated I started to get intense stomach discomfort that I was hoping would pass like the anxiety did. I decided to hit my THC vape pen to help but then immediately ran to puke my brains out; unfortunately after puking the stomach discomfort was still intense and eventually resorted to me in the fetal position on the floor just praying it would stop. I puked a couple more times and the extreme bodily discomfort persisted for a solid 3 hours.

Seing as to how this was an RC I obtained from a vendor I’ve never tried, there were times where I felt like I was poisoned and questioned whether I even ingested 4-AcO-DMT, particularly due to the extreme physical side effects. The reason I prefer 4-AcO-DMT over psilocybin is that the former has never produced the side effects I typically get from psilocybin, such as the body load, stomach discomfort, nausea, clamminess, cold sweats… and this is the first time I’ve ever experienced the negativity I associate with psilocybin with 4-AcO-DMT. If I didn’t have extreme visuals that seemed very reminiscent of my many previous experiences with this compound I would’ve been more convinced I was poisoned or that it was something other than what I thought I was ingesting.

My fast come up and horrible experience freaked my brother out as he was convinced we poisoned ourselves and I was dying, which fucked his whole mind up as he was slowly coming up. He didn’t get the full blown effects until about 2-3 hours after ingestion (a pretty delayed onset), and was just worried that whatever was to come would make him end up in the position I was. While I had the most extreme bodily discomfort that I didn’t think was possible with this compound, my brother experienced the same extremeness mentally to the point where he thought he was literally going to lose his mind and never come back.

Hitting nitrous was the only thing that helped restore his sanity during those breaking points, whereas usually the nitrous can bring him to those breaking points of sanity (it was instead a relief to break away from the insanity of the 4-AcO-DMT mental hell hole). I couldn’t conceive how 4-AcO-DMT could bring anyone to that point… he said the mentality was as if he ate an ounce of mushrooms and the mushrooms were punishing him and breaking him down to the bare naked essence of his current life situation (which isn’t the best right now).

Has anyone else experienced such extremeness mentally and physically on this compound, in particular from the Canadian vendor (CV) I mentioned above?

I’ve always enjoyed it due to its gentleness and overall ease of control, but this got out of control physically for myself, and very out of control mentally for my brother, unlike any other of the 20-30 4-AcO-DMT trips we’ve had. The visuals with nitrous in the mix were insane, which I may write a trip report on soon.
