Tianeptine analogues with similar (opioid) activity
Post Body

Is anyone aware if any analogues of TIA in existence that share it’s activity at the opioid receptor sites? I know TIA isn’t exactly the best drug to use, as it’s highly addictive and seemingly has horrible withdrawal when abused. I take it 2-3x a month at moderate doses, just when I need to get a lot done early but it produces an intense that lasts for several hours ime.

I’m just curious if it has any chemical cousins that are similar in activity, or if it’s a unicorn in this regard. Feels like we’d be seeing alternate versions (analogues) for sale by now. Very surprised none have popped up yet, but maybe that’s simply because no drug exists at this moment that fits this description. Looking forward to hearing educated answers on this particular topic, as I am stumped.

This stuff feels more like oxy than any antidepressant I have tried for sure - and works by far the best for depression of any non-controlled substance (aong with the much more trustworthy and likely far safer kratom). I take my usual dose of benzos (2-4mg of clonazepam, 5-8mg lorazepam or a mix of the two both being at the lower end when mixed obviously) with it and have not had a single issue. I started small and worked my way up but don’t want to go off topic here. Just looking for pro-drugs, analogues or anything remotely similar concerning its drug class that might have similar effects. TIA

TL;DR Anything related to tianeptine (pro-drug, analogue, chemical cousin, etc.) that also produces opioid-like effects? This stuff is impressive and feels like something extracted straight from opium!
