Can someone invent a happy pill with no side effects

This is a dumb question but genuinely like why can’t a drug be produced that just spits out a ton of happy chemicals and you can take it every day without tolerance building.
I have treatment resistant depression and Ketamine therapy really helps me but comes with the side effects of course.
I have such a beautiful life but I feel like I am unable to enjoy it because of my head.
Please be kind to me. I know I probably sound like an idiot but I am just wishing I could be in a better place.
