140-175 BPM for 2 noues
Post Body

Hi I took 2.5 mg bromazolam at 14h30 (it is 23h24 rn for me rn) , 3 g phenibut at 15h15 then I took like 50mg 3-fa at 21 I have a bit trouble thinking because I feel pretty clear juste really slow clearly . (I made this post in 30 minutes lol). Then (after the 3fa) 15 minutes later I took like 30 mg nep (I usually take more but my tolerance has been reset so it's a lot.) I know that it's really bad to mix reuptakes and releasters. I have 143 bpm since 1h even if I'm not panicking rn (peaked to 175 for 3 minutes while being being calm then took 2.5 mg broma again ) even if I'm in bed rn and not panicking bc of the benzos phenibut I would juste like to know if it's normal (phenibut might participate to it : I was like 105-120 BPM when I took it.) Just to let you know it's not the first time I hit 180 BPM with NEP but I didn'tt feel it Pound on my chess and it was for a few seconds, like I was dying. My heart beat is still 140 30 minutes later even when I'm really calm. I would just to know if it Is normal even if I'm not panicking right now and if the phenibut would be responsible for it (and. Just to let you know ofc if I did fucked up by mixing ndri and realeaser and if my 140 hr for so long. I'm french and obviously tweaking rn so I hope I didn't make a lot of mistakes, feel free to correct me ! And ofc I hope this test is a bit compréhensible bc I can't seem to be able to reread my text (tiredness 🥲 (took 30 minutes to figurate how to post this message and I still have 134 BPM even if I'm really tired... Hope you understand this mess😁
