A-PIHP swallowing in a capsule? Dose?

So l've got a question about a-PIHP, I am looking for to try it out, but I'm wondering to which dose it makes sense.

I'm not looking for using a syringe, also smoking/vaping it l'd rather not. With my other stuff (meth, ...) I'm used to put it into empty capsules and swallow it, so I'm wondering what is speaking against it with a-PIHP? Is someone having any experience?

Also I want to start it in a slow way based on not having any experience with it, now l've heard from doses of 20mg up to 200mg, what you guys think would be a good start?
