Been having a mid-high fever for a week now, intending to do stims tomorrow. Non negotiable. Any serious health risks aside the usual stim dangers?

Yeah basically im going home for 10 days after two weeks in hell (aka the army) and i doubt it’s even a choice at this point, i’ll 100% snort nep for the entirety of Saturday. Is it a rlly dumb idea since i still feel a bit sick? Some guy in my unit had brought coke with him and he said it unironically dropped his fever but can u really trust sth like that, idk. Any input is appreciated, ty 🙏
