How come Bromazolam seems like it lasts a super long time?

At around 5 PM yesterday, I took a third of a 4mg bromaz bar (more like 40%). I then took another third about 1.5 hours later. I definitely felt it since I have no alcohol or benzo tolerance, and it was nice, but I'm sapped of energy the morning after. Feels like when you're woken up in the middle of a sleep cycle, but even stronger

I've been able to stop the tiredness by taking (prescribed) Adderall since I take it at school for ADHD, and I also took 150mg Lyrica since I'm prescribed it for social anxiety. Do the effects of bromaz really last that long?
