is it possible to destroy opiod receptors?

Hallo guys, after some years with drug misbuse and RC abuse (not so much) i cant get high on opiods anymore.
I had a year beak from all drugs only medication. Elvanse 70mg
And after trying different opoids nothing work on me anymore, i have tryid 180mg oxy , 2.5g of heroin in 24hours. Morphine nothing gets me high like before.
I have abused some opiat RC and benzo. Is it possible i have fried my receptors? And any idea what i can do to restore them?
