Which cell line to use?
Post Body
So, before starting a project, how do you decide which cell line to work on? For example, there are 60 different colorectal cancer cell lines. Some epithelial, some stromal. Let's say I want to work on the gene regulation and pathway of my protein of interest. How do I decide which cell line to use for my study?
