Hello everyone, my neighbours bought their children a cat for Christmas (it arrived on the 18th.) She has not fed the cat or allowed it into her house and it has no collar or even name. I don’t understand why they got the cat to treat it this way.

The cat is constantly at my door or windows and I feed it everyday.

What should I do? I know it probably isn’t the best idea to allow it to stay in my home and I don’t have the resources to care for it, however it has really grown on me and I would hate for it to be taken away
