Alligator lizard with eye injury
Post Body

I've not posted here before, so I apologize if I missed a search for this.

I've got an alligator lizard from my garden with an obvious eye injury, and possible head trauma. The eye is a lost cause, but the good eye does not seem to want to open, and the little dude is literally walking in circles. I have minor experience patching up reptiles, but I've not seen this behavior before.

Has anyone here seen something like this, and what should I do or expect? The local wildlife rescue is closed for the holiday, or else I'd call them.

Thanks.
