Been wanting to bring home a blue tongue for a long time now, I’m finally working out the cage setup and planning out a space for one in my room. Been reading about whether it would be a better idea to get an adult or a juvenile/ maybe even a baby and from what I’ve read the younger skinks that come from captive bred parents adjust easier. Plus somebody had mentioned that when buying an adult from like a pet store they could either a.) have pre existing conditions from being improperly kept or b.) they could be wild caught skinks that are just being passed off as captive bred. So does anyone have any recommendations for a good breeder? I’m fine with having it shipped to me but I’m in the Phoenix area just in case anybody knows like a local hobbyist 🤷🏼
