Sorry for all detail but I feel necessary because I actually feel less stupid. I was fucking stupid but as you will see I stopped and saved money too
So this contractor self proclaimed and works as such but i never actually seen in a decade i was with him, that lived with me removed the back door because I bitched about leaky basement so took out kitchen window putting new door there when all I wanted was screen door on other but was told it was "dumb" size. Plus don't walk into a reminder of wet basement after winter.
Main thing I want opinions on could I use some vinal 8 inch siding to patch or does that not work with aluminum? We had spare bit he tossed because useless. Should I do the whole back portion covered with stone or something like composite with awning maybe? Cost effective since I'm gonna be dropping some serious coin on basement reoair as well. I would like to keep under $800 and make it not look like a crack house.
