PoE Camera Question

Hi,

I have a RLK8-800B4-A system which includes 4 x B800 cameras. I only purchased the system on 16th March 2023 so they have not been up long, but the 3 cameras that I have placed outside have all died. When looking at the playback up until they ceased working, each time, on all 3, it was raining. Each of the 3 external cameras has the weatherproof kit installed as per the instructions, but the reset button and DC power connections are left open to the element as there was nothing included in the kit to protect them. I am using POE anyway, so thought that it would be OK.

Is this a common failure on the B800 cameras?
