Cautionary notice to newer renters!

If your rent is listed per week, and you pay monthly be careful! It will be more expensive than advertised.
Rent per week x 4 does not equal 1 month! That equals 28 days, where most months have 30-31.
E.G. Listed at 570 (Rent per Week) is closer to 620 per week.
570 x 52.14 (weeks in a year) = 29,719.8.
29,719.8 ÷ 12 (Months in a year) = 2,476.65
2,476.65 ÷ 4 (Weeks in a month) = 619.16.
Rent Listed - 570. Rent Cost - 619.16.
I just learned this, and I'm livid. Posting so other people know too!
