Opinion on disclosing info
Post Body

I have a good job and make decent money. I have a few accounts in collections from old debt that I’m working on settling via bankruptcy, but all of my current income can be directed towards rent if needed.

Should I disclose my situation to potential leasers when applying? Do you think it will make a difference in my chances of being approved if I disclose and offer a security deposit or first and last month’s rent?
