Havent had heat in a week

Ive told the landlord, and he said he would send someone on sunday, nobody came of course. Its been 50 degrees in my apt every day, probly colder at night but i work nightshift so i wouldnt know.
I havent been able to actually live at my apt for the time its been so cold, unless i live like an eskimo with a facewrap and all. I dont feel that i should have to pay rent for the amount of time that the conditions have been unlivable. This is ct, its cold.
