Ray white realestate breach
Ok so Iām wondering what I should/could do or what you would do in this situation,
My current landlord has just recently changed realestate agents and are planning on selling the entire apartment complex, which means the obvious and occasional viewings , which I donāt mind given the legal 24 hours notice to enter the property , even with barely the 24hours notice Iām ok with itā¦ thatās not a problem for me, but itās happened everyday this week so far last Friday 2 viewings , Monday 2 more and then again on Tuesday , yesterday had a painter come in to do ārepairsā so pretty much no privacy and yet this still isnāt my main issue, I then get given a email by the realestate threatening a breach notice because Iām late on my weekly rent by less then a day. Fine fair enoughā¦ technically within the rights of a breachā¦ BUT THEN TODAY!!! As I was still in bed,a realestate agent from ray white literally unlocks my door and walks in, Iām standing there in my PJS not knowing wtf is going on , heās shocked to see that Iām home and tells me hey the painters here and needs to do more work on the house, please note: no notice was given, no knock on my door, he literally unlocks my apartment and strolls inā¦.. is this not a breach? And look Iām not mad at the painters heās just trying to do his job, but surely this is a breach in many ways..?! . Also been told thereās 2 more showings tomorrow so thatās 5 days in a row (every day this week) But fuck me dead Ray whiteā¦. What can I or should I do???
