Having a hard time finding worthwhile companies, clients online. Any advice is appreciated
Post Body

Hi, I'm a seasoned high networth B2B hunter, closer and relationship building pro. Also had my own businesses in the past which I grew from 0 to over 6 figures in about 1 year.

Anyways here's my current situation.

I realized I'm not passionate about being a business owner. I'm much better as an enforcer (salesman, sales/social prowess/relationship building coach for a company or a high networth individual who wants to acquire new business but doesn't want to do it himself). So I'd prefer to partner with an existing business who is looking for someone like me to help them maximize their phone based business development efforts and help them achieve a certain mindset also to do that at the highest level. I have coaching/training experience also from my previous business.

I have 2 jobs now, one FT and one PT in high networth sales

HoweverI just want to see what else is out there and apply so I keep my GAME of getting a job from scratch sharp just in case something happens with this blanket of security I currently have around me.

So far what I've noticed at least here in Canada is the online job boards are dog sh---t

The companies are all looking for like tech sales, SAAS mainly.

They all sound the same

They all pay the same, nothing

They all want you to be an employee

I'm currently a sole proprietor and bill as such to my 2 clients and save tons on taxes due to an amazing/creative accountant. This wouldn't be afforded to me if I was an employee unless I can get the firm to agree to a hybrid work arrangement in which case I can request a t2200 form and write off some of my home based working expenses as operational business expenses.

So looking for a business owner, company that is okay with this.

Otherwise If I'm going to be an employee then I want to net 60K after tax . I'm currently earning about 50K /- 4-6K due to commissions. I don't have high living expenses as I rent and don't own a boat, home, car, any of that. I live like a Global traveler.

Anyways I've looked on indeed, craigslist, Kijiji, ZipRecruiter and all of the jobs pay dirt and the jobs are all super tech sales jobs with heavy micromanagement structures/

My forte is high level coaching, IT consulting like services(mainly headhunting), real estate and wealth management.

SO I started to reach out to realtors and financial planners on Linkedin and see if they would be interested in partnering with someone with my expertise to help them substantially increase their deal flow volume and for training, coaching. Just started this yesterday so we'll see.Funny enough I landed my last role via cold inmail networking.

Bottom line my dream role is kinda what I'm already doing

I'm a high networth B2B lead/sales and sales coaching consultant (remote) for 2 clients in the wealth mgmt space. So would you say that I should just keep on connecting with people that resemble the 2 current clients who already found value and invested in that value from me on LinkedIn or via a cold call and sell myself that way or are there any other resources you would consider.

I also started a Youtube channel where I vlog my travels, how to talk to strangers on the streets, mainly women to engage them within minutes of meeting me, maybe I might do intense workout videos and I know you can monetize your youtube channel but not sure if want another brand that's heavily left leaning and woke owning my content and who can cancel my content at the drop of a hat.

Thanks
