Only human bugged still?

Okay so everywhere I looked says that you can get the only human trophy from killing the deer in yeasha. I did that.... twice! Did they take the work around out, or is it still bugged? I'm a completionest. This is the last trophy I need to platinum the game. If it's bugged and I can't even get it I'd like to know so I won't bang my head against the wall trying to beat something else without getting hit. Thank you.
