Step 1: Get Palace Courtyard in Losomn
Step 2: Get to the Jester main objective and get the Magic Quill
Step 3: Go to the dungeon doors directly to the left of exiting the Jester room
Step 4: Make sure you get either the Council Chamber, The Great Hall, Shattered Gallery, or Gilded Chambers
The rest you can find on the wiki but this is the fastest method to try to get the tile layout for the executioner and steadfast. Most YouTube vids are tone deaf and just show you the room and not how to get the room. Best of luck!
