CCI 34 Not Igniting

Hey guys anyone run into this before? 20 fired and 13 did not. All loaded the same way by hand. I used the same primers on 50 Federal brass cases and they all fired. Do you think bad batch? I had the same issue with Ginex LRP but never with CCI 200 or my SRP.
