I’m so over this conversation. It’s a red herring. A distraction from the real issue. No one can be forced to use their body to sustain the life of another person. (Blood transfusions, organ donors, etc). Even if I die, my body can’t be used in that way unless I have prior authorization. If a child dies because I don’t want to donate a kidney, if that child dies, is that murder?

This is no different.
