Does anyone get happy tears from their faith?
Post Body

I'm an intuitive Norse Pagan and when it rains out and I hear thunder I think of Thor and how when I was little I would always feel so safe when it was thundering because my dad told me it was Thor killing giants to protect Midgard (earth) and I would cheer Thor on. Stormy is still my favorite weather because of it.

I love winter because of fond memories of Yule with my family around the bonfire, sipping mead while my mom read from the Edda.

If I think about the gods and what they mean to me for a while I get so happy I am moved to tears. They have given me so many gifts and I am endlessly grateful. I am so happy to have my faith.

Is this normal? Does anyone else experience this specific joy?
