Hi all, below I have attached images of a conversation I had last night. I need any and all advice. I want to grow from this experience at the very least so please don’t hesitate. All names, profile pictures and account information has been removed to protect the identity of everyone.
For anyone who is wondering why I would ask about if I can tell them why, It was because I was panicking and spiraling, I wanted to try to focus on them and what they had to say.
