I will leave out a ton of the backstory as its not really relevant. Would love to have some opinions as to what is going on, but I have a pretty firm stance as no contact as of now. If nothing else maybe someone can relate and have a chuckle about it.

Anyway we started dating when we were in highschool. We dated for 3 years from the ages of 18-22 (timing of the year). After that I dated another girl and then was single, so its been around 3 years at this point. I loved her at one point (not anymore obviously), we were just not good for each other and were not going in the same direction. We were long distance for most of it and only saw each other maybe once every other month. It was very toxic though, and we each blame each other. I was not the best but I think that I learned a lot eventually from it.

I wont lie, I have checked her facebook a couple times over the 3 years, I think thats normal. Mostly I just hope that she is doing well and has her life in order. Now here is the part that confuses me, I am guessing that she checks my stuff a lot. I say this because over the past 3 years she has sent me a couple messages pretty quickly after I would post something (either on forums where she remembered my username, or here on reddit, alt account). Now she is constantly using @ to make sure that I get a notification and ranting about how horrible/ugly/or toxic I am and was. She also recently friend requested me on facebook (which I just left her on read).

Its strange because like she has a long term boyfriend, a job, a life as far as I can tell. I really have no idea why she would go out of her way to not only monitor multiple forums but message me on them. Now to clarify the only messages she ever sends are huge rants about how horrible I am and how I will hurt everyone I am close to and all that. Like I have and just want to move on, but I guess she can't?

Any thoughts?

tl;dr Ex of 3 years ago still messages me on forums and writes/mentions me on reddit so I get notifications. People be crazy?
