So i’ve(M19) been in this long distance relationship with my girlfriend(F20)for just over a year. Like everything it’s had it’s ups and downs, but we’re still here. Lately i’ve been rethinking this whole thing, i am no longer sure if the long distance thing is for me, simply because being away from her a lot of the time is very hard, and only seeing her during my breaks from school is also very saddening as well (We live multiple states away in the US so we only see each other probably every other month.)

Recently there is this girl at my job, we’ll call her K. K(F17) is very pretty and didn’t know i had a girlfriend at first, and she started to flirt with me. I didn’t flirt back but i didn’t make it clear i was already in a relationship because i have been rethinking everything. She now knows i have a girlfriend and we still talk when i see her at work. I have no idea where i stand with K, because while i love my girlfriend to death and really care about her, i can’t help but feel like i am interested in what’s going on here.

Should i hang it up or just try to ignore K so that i don’t lose a girl that really loves me or do i just end what i have because the sadness of being away from my girlfriend is too overwhelming at times?
