As I stated in the title, I'm confused... which is why I'm here. To either get talked out of overthinking things or to maybe alleviate this confusion.

The situation is as follows:

The other night I was online with a few friends and we started playing some online games together while in a voice call (video call optional). All throughout the night the girl (23F) was having a bunch of network issues because a recent storm probably damaged some equipment in the area and has caused her internet to be super spotty for the last few days. That might be an important point which is why I mention it. To continue, as the night went on, I and the girl and our friends all were drinking and overall having a pretty good time and having a lot of laughs.

At one point we started screen sharing with each other while playing some cards against humanity which eventually turned into us just voice/video chatting. It was at this point that the girl started to take more of an interest in me, I think. She suddenly and kind of out of the blue made the comment that she didn't have me added on snapchat yet and she promptly shared her username, so naturally I added her. She then sent me a couple snaps and texts, one of the first things being to tell me she thought I was cute. I figured what the heck why not.

We ended up having a pretty lengthy and decent conversation that eventually fizzled out around midnight. Next morning rolls around and I can't remember if it was myself that messaged first or her, but it basically amounted to a very brief two or three words from her despite a couple sentences from me and then she left me on read. The entire day goes by with nothing. This morning rolls around and I decide to send her a snap again which sparked another short conversation and then i got left on read again. Decided to try one more time later today to which as of now while I'm typing this I have been left on read for the last couple hours.

Personally, I think I'm just going to leave it, and if she decides to start the conversation up again then great, but if not oh well. But I guess my confusion is... why did she act so interested and then suddenly, as if by the flip of a switch, act completely disinterested? I will probably never know... Let me know what you all think on if I should proceed as planned or maybe change my approach?

TL;DR: Girl acted super into me one night and we talked all night, and then the following next couple of days I haven't heard hardly anything from her at all. Not sure what to make of it...
