I’ve worked with him for two years, seems like a good guy and knows that I’m engaged.
I don’t respond often to his messages but respect him as a co-worker, aka I don’t give him much to work with (I’m not into being BFF’s at work) but even if I come to work in new outfit etc, he will compliment me ASAP.
I clearly don’t want to be mean or confrontational, I love my job and this guy DOES seem like a good person. What do you make of this situation, is he looking for friends or into me? How should I calm him with the messages without being direct and confrontational?
TL;DR: Co-worker seems like a good guy, but hassles me for friendship (maybe more?) and I’m not sure how to proceed.
